Looking for a visual way to help your young learners understand expectations? These editable first then boards are perfect for that! These boards give toddlers, preschoolers, and other young learners a visual representation of what they need to do in order to get to what they want. And all the activity names and titles on each board are EDITABLE!

Many times, encouraging kids to do what they need to and what is expected of them requires some form of motivation or reward for after they do what's expected. These editable first then boards are a great way to show kids what they need to do in order to get the thing they ultimately want. These boards are a visual representation of the conversations with your kids that go like this..."FIRST, you need to finish your dinner. THEN, you may play outside."

There are 4 different board options (2 boards with one "first this" and one "then that" box, 2 boards with 3 boxes that learners must accomplish before they get the thing they're working for), as well as 60 activity pictures to use as options to show what kids need to do first in order to get the thing they're working for.

You can add your own activity names to the pictures included and you can even add your own clipart to these powerpoint slides! Of course, there are pictures and activity names included already for your convenience.

Please note that ONLY THE TEXT FOR THE ACTIVITY NAMES/EXPLANATION AND THE BOARD TITLE ARE EDITABLE. The clipart can not be copied or changed, but you may add in your own clipart if desired. There are blank squares for you to add your own clipart to as well.

You will need to own the same fonts as the ones I used in order for the edited version of your schedule/routine to match the original designs. The font I used for my original designs is PBSunshineInAMug from Amanda at A Perfect Blend. Otherwise, you can choose your own favorite font and go to town making your boards your own!

I hope these first then boards help you and your littles to accomplish what needs to be done in order to have fun together! Please feel free to ask any questions you might have before purchasing through TPT or email at alleahmaree@gmail.com! I'm happy to help in any way I can. Happy teaching!
